The software and hardware implementation of a server for processing and analyzing raw data from prokaryotic genomes from Oxford Nanopore NGS is done. After the first sequencing experiment and fine-tuning of the sequencing protocol, the project team began to put into practice the concept of a server whose working name is NanoForms. An innovative bioinformatics tool will be created that will be free of charge for scientists. Those without (bio)computing skills will be able to easily access the preprocessing of their raw sequence data in order to obtain output sequence records of appropriate quality. Our server is able to handle small genomes (up to 50 MB). The server user will load the archived, single sequence file (fastq), then the data will be pre-processed and the user will select a few available options on an ongoing basis and after the next steps will obtain the DNA/RNA sequence in the form of a fast file. Details of the developed solution will be published in a scientific paper submitted to the journal indexed in WoS/Scopus databases.
