A paper titled: Use of traffic sampling in anomaly detection for high-throughput network links was presented at the 18th Conference on Computer Science and Intelligence Systems FedCSIS 2023 (IEEE #57573) Warsaw, Poland, September 17-20, 2023 (https://fedcsis.org/). The paper with the same title, co-authored by employees of the Department of Complex Systems Dr. Marek Bolanowski and Dr. Andrzej Paszkiewicz and Huber Mazur, was qualified for publication in the post-conference materials in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library as a full paper.
In addition, employees of the Department of Complex Systems Dr. Andrzej Paszkiewicz and Dr. Marek Bolanowski have been actively involved in the organization of the conference, especially in the preparation and conduct of the track Complex Networks: Theory and Application within Topical Area 3: Network Systems and Applications (NSA). They are also members of the conference program committee.
The involvement of employees of the Department of Complex Systems was related to the implementation of work under the project entitled "Regional Center of Excellence in Automation and Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications of Rzeszow University of Technology" under the program of the Minister of Science and Higher Education called "Regional Initiative of Excellence" in 2019-2023 project number 027/RID/2018/19, task no. 2.
