PhD Eng. Andrzej Paszkiewicz and PhD Eng. Marek Bolanowski are co-authors of the article “Industry 4.0 Part I. Selected applications in processing of polymer” which appeared in the Polimery journal. The article discusses issues related to the use of IT systems to increase the speed of manufacturing with simultaneous decrease in the number of defective products in the area of polymer materials production. This is particularly important in the era of globalization when the designing and prototyping processes are highly dispersed.
