On Monday, June 5th, there was a visit to WEiI by Mr. Ján Zahurančík, MSc, MBA, Managing Director of Everest HR (Czech Republic). Mr. Zahurančík gave a lecture to the final-year informatics students on various aspects of job search, from a recruiter's perspective. Among other things, he answered the questions: "Are soft or hard (technical) skills more important?", "What can be done to make a job interview not stressful?", "How to recognize a good, valuable company?". In the clasroom, students from other faculties at WEiI were also present. The visit was co-financed by the state budget (an earmarked grant from the Ministry of Education and Science): "Polytechnic Network VIA CARPATIA, named after President of the Republic of Poland, Lech Kaczynski".
