On 05 III 2019 our guest was Dr. Michał Piętal from the Center of New Technologies at the University of Warsaw.
Using the invitation dr Michał Piętal gave a lecture entitled "Application of a non-Euclidean distance function in modelling of protein, RNA and chromatin 3D structures"
During the lecture dr Piętal presented the author's algorithm for predicting protein structures and its subsequent modification, in the form of a modeling procedure for the chromatin in 3D structures.
